In my opinion, geotagging and geocaching is kinda creepy! Why would any want to know where you took the picture unless they are being stalkerish! I mean, yeah, the picture is visually interesting of a building in the high midst of the sunset, but really? can't the person just tagg the image and say picture taken blah bah blah.

Podcasts #15

I attempted to listen to the minnesota public radio podcast, but I just don't get it.And the whole rss feed thing into my blog account. this is pobably the most confusing thing in the whole 16 things... so far. even though I have one more to go. In the directories, I tried clicking the yahoo podcast which i was really excited for, but the server was down. Then the other links were not to be found. ???????
So far this thing as not inspired me into doing anything related to podcasting.

Research project calculator #14

This calculator is time managing. This should be very useful for anyone who has bad time managing skills, like me! :) Yeah, this is definately helpful. I mean I can't say its accurate all the time because people work at different paces, but it works. I could use this for futute essays and profolios that I need to work on in order to graduate.

Online Productivity tool #13

I always knew there was an option to costumize your home page on Yahoo, but I never bothered. But because of this THING, I spent a little time and refreshed my home page to how I like it to be. I changed the layout and theme and color and font. It has a flower theme. Looks very orangy.
The calender tool things are helpful, but they are not something I would use just because I find no need for it. I know my boyfriend downloaded this Stickynotes thing and I did the same, and thats really helpful because i;m always on the computer so whenever I go the stickynotes remind me of what I need to do

Tagging and Del.icio.us #12

Am I dumb or can i not find where it says manage posts? Or tagging for that matter of fact?

I've always done it the easy and quick way: click tag, type in the person's name and tag! But this whole delicious and bookmarking and taggin is kinda hard. I'll just have to spend more time figuring it out. Maybe it's just me but I don't see it as anything important my in academic life.

Online creations #11

And i thought the more flickring thing was cool. this is even better! It's fun and easy to create. Not only that you don't even have to upload photos, you can get photos off of facebook or myspace. That saves a lot of hassle and time into uploading pictures. I reccommend this to EVERYONE who hasn't done this yet. It's really cool.

This is so cool. Its fun and easy. Just like he said its time comsuming! Just this THING # 10 alone I've spent and hour messing around with this. ha AWESOME.

And for some odd reason, he big huge lan thing is not opening for me.. its only giving me blank pages. grrrr
